From this PR IPTV, LIBRARY UPGRADE FOR DESKTOPS, TABLETS, MOBILE PHONES, is this NTEK's Technology Samsung describes in the following News Release? We know from past PR's Samsung is using NTEK's technology in some of their merchandise....

Stinziano also said that more than 70 percent of smart TV owners user their tablets while watching TV, so Samsung has made it "easier than ever to use convergence solutions." Users can now share more content "seamlessly" across devices, whether a tablet, a laptop or a smartphone.
This caught my eye when I was reading it remembering what was said in NTEK's PR...
