Glad you confirmed Jeff DiGenova who single handidly destroyed valuations of shareholders of NHSH when he secretly handed his pal friends (the 49'rs) 10's of millions of free shares to dump on the market. I have no doubts that MK, Jeff D. and the other usual suspects will play havic with the unsuspecting holders here too.

Well, I guess that answers the question as to whether Jeff is still close to Mike.

If their methods are the same regarding threats to posters, I guess that the slight hope that they may change, as far as business practices go, isn't even a slight hope. If they are threatening posters, they don't hope to have proof of concept and business to sell stock, just people's trust to abuse.

Many other investors who got shafted got the e-mails as well for stating their views. If someone holds a position or held a position in a Company they are open for discussion. Wouldn't you agree ? I would love to see the tradings records of all the people involved in this corruption. I can show my losses.

Iwondertoo, I just recieved threatening letters from both Mike Kendrick and Jeff DiGenova, the former CEO's of NHSH. And of course Kendrick is still the head of the scam company known as Seeker-Tec.

After they ran a scam to sell shares and steal millions of dollars from American investors, they think we're hurting them.....LOL

It just gets sillier and sillier. Too bad they can't run companies that actually make a profit. Too bad they can't EVER make a positive return for their investors. Too bad that they have to fund their lavish lifestyles by threatening lawsuits.

Man oh man, now they want to fleece investors of Syncronys and they are upset because we're getting in their way.
