Whether the Fed has anything to do with markets or not, everything that influences the market-- including the Fed if it's a significant influence(and I personally think it is)-- is there in the charts & stats.
I personally like to look at fundamentals too for individual stocks only- not the market as a whole. Because with individual stocks, there is sometimes no technical warning before a company goes bankrupt or misses earnings big time.
