The reason the first deal didn't go through is because they couldn't convince enough monkeys to invest... It had nothin to do with negotiations! It was the simple fact that they didn't get enough money in there 1st dilution dump for a sizable down payment... It went up & came all the way back down... BTHR will not be able to come up with the down payment because they are a relentless dilution machine... Furthermore if this deal were to close by April 5th it would be a miracle... ATLEAST I HV MY BTHR TOILET PAPER...
