You really need to show me that math. They had 300k in net profit for the year 2012. In the last Q it's written that there are 65 million shares out so even if you count the one time expenses of 800k in legal fees and 200k in non cash compensation back into the net profit number, you are still only with 1.3 million in net profit for the year.
With 65 million shares that is hardly 22 cents EPS. More like 2 cents EPS per share. :-)
