John, the problem is that the co owners disclose in the report that they intend to raise working capital by selling more stock.
Usually when this happens, the owners of pennystock companies protect themselves with antidilution provisions which are rarely extended to us.
This is part of the reason why we keep rehasing the dividend issue...so we can look underneath it to see if something like this hiding there ready to bite us.
