Rarf, I mean, rafarma, should have just merged with a cleaner shell. I know you know what I mean. There are shells with sec filings and a better control of shares. If it were me, that's what I'd do. But instead, they chose this pinky co. and then the deal with another pinky co. Makes me laugh every time I think about it.
