Not sure how the legal paperwork between INTC and SNDK is and how it relates to joint ventures with non licensed producers. The fact that MU has majority ownership (51%), is probably in SNDK's favor. Pressure on prices from this additional capacity surely will not happen till at least the third quarter next year.
