Don't know why it would. Definitely not making money. Don't seem to have Sevis, it would appear it won't..........
The big question is, will the R/M go through? without that, there will be a constant dilution for bills and payroll, why buy now when if you want shares, it will always be cheaper later.
On the bright side, Joe has followed through on most of what he has said. Question is, is SEVIS on or off the table, and is the R/M still on track?
Once again, only time will tell. And, without them, why buy?
