From the July 17, 2012 shareholder update:

"4. The transferring parties will receive seven payments of a minimum of USD $18,000,000 (Eighteen Million US dollars) each annually toward the end purchase price of USD $180,000,000 (One Hundred and Eighty Million US dollars)."

The contract was dated July 12, 2012. The first annual payment would be July 12, 2013.
