Go4 -- I'm not sure how that works -- but honestly, I don't see that occurring so I'm not going into a bunch of personal DD to research it out.

That's why I said

NOW -- that said, it is my personal belief that the RS scenario isn't likely -- just possible -- so this is a theoretical discussion.

Just my opinion on that.

An ownership change is generally defined as a more than 50 percentage point increase in equity ownership by “5% shareholders” (as that term is defined for purposes of Sections 382 and 383 of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986) in any three-year period or since the last ownership change if such prior ownership change occurred within the prior three-year period.
