#56171 RE: Chilean spy #56165

I have never said this is a SCAM. Please re-read and follow my thought. If Amarant does not perform and you know very well THAT is a possibility. 10 years and 180 million is a long time to be engaged to be married to Medinah without ever performing. Agree?

I put the term "scam" in quotes as an implication of what you were describing, not meant to be a direct quote. And stating that the company would just continue to farm out shares while never closing a deal (or intending to close a deal) certainly implies a scam.

Regardless, do you really think that Medinah and JJ would allow Amarant to hold up ADL for 10 years without paying or walking? "Partner A" strung along the company for 9 months before they were sent the door. I am sure JJ and Medinah would do likewise with Amarant if they were given the same runaround.

I do not want to be negative but the circumstances circunventing this deal are completely designed to make any shareholder like myself go BANANAS and question the integrity and capacity of the BOD and YES JJ.

Fair enough interpretation.

How many PS we had prior to these 3 billion shares? 1.2?

Medinah had 1.5 billion outstanding for almost 15 years and was judicious in their use of O/S as it was "only" 710 million or so when they increased the authorized to 3 billion. As Larry Regis stated at the AGM, the increase in A/S was to give the company flexibility, specifically if they wanted to purchase more properties.

In reference to all these investors bankers, the consortium partners, their geologists, lawyers and financial backers and their investors etc etc)Rick THIS IS A PRIVATE DEAL AND THEY (meaning Amrant) ARE IN NO OBLIGATION TO DO ANYTHING(Unless they release the names of the mega partners which we still do not know if theY even exist)What you are referring to is NOISE.

Come one, be sensible here. It doesn't matter one bit whether Amarant is private or public. Do you think Amarant is going let their ~$125 million worth of bondholders and the venture capital investors hang out to dry? You think those people care less than MDMN shareholders about Amarant moving forward with their mining projects and getting paid back with their coupon? Just because a company is private does not mean it doesn't have contractual and financial obligations to abide by. Amarant is just as much on the hook to perform regardless of its public status.

What you are referring to is NOISE.

Yes, I've been referring to your comments.
