OldBen: I encourage each and every shareholder to do what they feel they should. Like you I have done and continue to do what I think is the best course of action from my perspective. I own shares in several companies that are actively seeking justice. Each company is using a different approach but all are moving forward. We are up against a formidable opponent who has purchased lots of favors. Sooner or later justice will be served as good always prevails over evil although at times good is frustratingly slow in arriving. Go FFGO!!!

Good advice. However, no law firm would never accept any work
without fees UPFRONT, so hiring a law firm is out unless share holders want to throw more money away.

Nothing wrong with starting a campaign trying to get the truth on the much promised, never honored divvy from FFGO.

However, Those who keep diluting the facts with NSS boggy man stories will get no where

There are two issues here .. ...

The never applied for or issued divvy from FFGO/WD/NMGL. This has nothing to do with the other. FFGO shut down and vanished, NMGL went dark and refuses to talk with FFGO share holders

and

The speculation of NSS in FFGO

They need to be dealt with separately

As long as we believe that there is a plan that is being undertaken in our behalf then we will be pacified to keep doing nothing.

And that is all these stories about GNCC involvement (no evidence for), NMGL action, and the others accomplish: allowing those who should be demanding blood to stay docile and believe that Lumb & Lowenthal combine the brilliance of JP Morgan with the altruism of Mr. Rogers.

I am unashamedly of the opinion that the ENSSFM do not exist in this stock and that Lumb, Lowenthal, and Bezzano should be up on charges. All these bedtime stories about the ENSSFM, "bear traps," and shell games involving al the Lowenthal/ Lumb shells paying off just divert attention from the obvious crooks at the center of this scam. And, it is high time that the shareholders put aside the bedtime stories and start demanding accountability from so-called management.
