Interesting...the first event felt like a reverse...you get X shares which are a portion of what you owned before in this new company and the share price never (at least not yet) rose to the occasion to remedy the shareholders somewhat diluted state. The R/s would be an expected event for the criminals to pull thereby sending this one to the drain for many...inmho
