165000 shares, to the BOD members (plus their other holdings) r/s 1000 to 1 = 165 shares or some such multiple to reduce the number of shareholders below 200. If you have less than 1000 then = Zero Thanks for playing.
200 million outstanding shares becomes 200 thousand
This is my guess if this happens. Just my opinion.
They are whining about paperwork!
I had less than 10 shares of CITI, just a placeholder for future possible trades and the 10 =1 R/S wiped them out, with no compensation. "Someone" got 1/10 of a future CITI share. If you had less than an even number, it was wiped. No partial shares allowed!
