I know 10k is all they are legally obligated to show, but why is that they law? Why don't they just say that you have to show what you are actually buying or selling?

Maybe should Call up the sec. And ASK if someone would like to have a Look at PENA... Not sure if that would help at all,or if the sec does Even Care,but i did hear about margin calls ;)
