Could be shorting or selling for a client. They are not supposed to hide shares, but they still do it.

Yeah, unfortunately that is all they are required to show by the SEC. PENA is a stonewaller, he is gonna find himself in BIG trouble very soon! Small fry with about 5 employees and a hue rookie. He has made some big mistakes and they are bitting him in the butt right now. A very expensive lesson!
