mattyhoho: If the Preferreds are issued in certificate form and my FFGO shares are only electronic markers, my brokerage firm is going to have to buy the Preferreds they are short. (I suspect this will be done through the DTCC) Once I have my certs in hand the company which now has the cash has lots of options available to them. Go FFGO!!! Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
