Manti exactly. Dean used to tell what people wanted to hear. Now Joe does same thing nothing really changes with QASP. Why would it when Joe wrote the playbooks Dean used. As CEO for last 2 years people think he saved QASP. The fact is he with dean controlled QASP sicne 2009. He was very much part of what lead us to that mess he says needed a 1 for 1000 r/s to clean up. End result for common down over 90% again. That part never changes either.
