I believe that these percentages are including their A's, which haven't been converted, when they are converted they will, of course increase the O/S, wouldn't they? I think the problem before was that they couldn't be converted without increasing the A/S. Hopefully, that will not end up being the case again, but, needless to say, this constant dilution isn't good for shareholders that have bought shares under Joe, expecting a ROI better than they experienced with Dean and Jeff.
We'll see, I guess.
