There is only so much the couple of us on iHub can do, it would probably require a group effort of nearly all JAQ shareholders to potentially get anything done and unfortunately there just are not enough interested in pursuing this left, in fact most have written this off already.
However, with that said, there is always going to be a cloud of negativity and suspicion surrounding this stock if the JAQ shareholders ultimately get shafted, that it will never get beyond IMO. Investors are already skeptical of Russian stocks as it is, starting off by screwing over all the initial investors is not going to help investor confidence...so that should be noise enough.
