John. I honestly feel like if they pay the Dividen in Safc shares and pay 1 share for 7 you own of MFTH would be a fair deal. IMO if they go by the O/S of both stocks then that is what it figures out to be. The O/S on both stocks on your broker accounts are wrong and i got the correct numbers of both as of this past friday. The end of this month we should get the 10-k and that should show the correct numbers but you can get them tommorow by e-mailing Tiffany at > ( tiffany@natco.org ) she is the Transfer Manager for both companies. Phone # 775-322-0626 but she want give the out on the phone but will e-mail them and on your e-mail at the bottom it will tell you not to copy are post so thats the reason i want. To be fair it says the pay out date is May 6th but it also words the end of contract so having Dividens in my account from other Companies IMO the shares will be restricted to the end of the contract and that would also be fair as to what the Company stated from the begining. You really do have to read and reread PR,s are news especially with penny stocks because you dont have the voting rights as you do in large cap and they phrase things to throw the invester off but to be legal at the same time. This is just my opinion the way it might work but everyone should know May 6th. MFTH
John as for as trying to figure where MFTH will be this time next year, it will really be as how the Company does thier business between now and then and alot does depend on if they try to be fair with the shareholder on this Special one time Dividen. Plus if they do pay with shares then they would have some capitol to work on other projects that they might have in mind. IMO the shareholders and the Company would be better off long term to pay in shares and work at building the Companies and getting the share prices of both Companies up and that way it would be a Win-Win for everyone involved and that would be a good thing IMHO.
