I did but not in this detail...I merely noted "dilution" because I know that most on this board do not understand or want to know the nitty gritty. Since you posted a wrong headed reasonably detailed interpretation of the 8K I thought I would respond in greater detail!!!!
You are wrong...this is massive continuing dilution...the real question is why can't these morons get access to non dilutive financing, especially if they have "game changing" technology!!!!
