I would say that their expectation is that this will climb well above that, if not, the PIPE investors would never have agreed to this.

Their original contract was binding, the only reason to agree to the new terms is because something bigger is coming.

Not sure, how this was missed yesterday, no matter though. Good buying opportunity while it is here.
