no that is only particular to muscle pharm.... has nothing to do with the reverse split....reverse splits are typically initiated by companies in deep doo-doo desperate for survival either on an exchange or breathing room to issue more shares to keep the doors open...for these firms to attract new financing is anathema....muscle pharm was able to acquire financing because they actually have a business i.e. sales.....
