Spokeshave both parties have come together and agreed on the terms. NVEI has signed the loan documents. Now it's up to the lenders to forward the money. They haven't done so. So although the company has entered the deal, there is no deal until the money comes into NVEI. Will the lender forward the money? That remains to be seen. If they do, we have a contract and away we go. If they don't, obviously there is no deal. There are other irons in the fire regarding funding, but this one does look good.

Because the company has indeed signed the documents and because this event took place at a time close to the 10Q the attornies considered it a material event and insisted it be included. If NVEI wanted to bamboozle people Brad Ketch would not have come out with a clarification of the deal the VERY NEXT DAY. They would have simply let the information in the 10Q, which is correct, stand. They wanted everyone to realize what was happening.

I'm not sure I get why this is difficult to understand.

It's more than a proposal Spoke. My understanding is that the papers are all signed, by both parties. They are awaiting the distribution of funds.

It's confirmed that other companies like ours have received funds from previous deals. And I believe they sought us out. We didn't go to them.

It is true that we don't have the money. And the war may make it a little more difficult in terms of time. But this deal is much more than a proposal.

It's more like an escrow waiting to close. The deal is done but the money hasn't changed hands. Yes, the deal can still fall through, but it isn't likely to do so unless something drastic happens.

If/when the deal is confirmed we should see a ten to twenty cent bump. When the movie deal is confirmed we should see some more. Either one of those deals gets us to a chip.

The movie is very good. People want to buy it now. NVEI is trying to sweeten the deal. They won't miss this summer for distribution. I'm sure there will be a movie deal soon.

So, I'm willing to bet some more money that either one of those events will happen sometime next month. The movie is an "almost a for sure" event. The funding is a "strong probably."
