Great spot to think about averaging down. Its held .05 as in the past, but it is a new ball game the shell has a story, And not sure what kind of help that will be. Definitely hurt the pps.
I personally would walk away for a week or two. Let this settle. But from the past year .05 and below seems to be the support floor.
.14 to .05, its a 3 for 1 I would average down and then wait. Could be an easy double if Mike gets Joe on board.
