yes I also caught that bit on the min of dilution. At times there has to be some, to absorb some initial costs. But the way the bus model has been laid out for us doesn't warrant alarm.
I would think that he would want this stock on a different board than the pinks. He is thinking big, not small. Where he is different is that he knows the retail business and realizes that the retail business is about control and the only way to control your destiny is to run it.
