The bottom line, per the 10K:
Jerry Trepple, as Chairman and CEO took a $0 cash salary for 2011 and 2012, and was paid $30,000 entirely in stock for both years.

Chris Dick, as president and COO, was paid $175,000 in cash for 2011 and 2012, and was paid $25,000 in stock for both years, and $8,400 for an auto allowance (not sure if cash or stock)

Carter Ward, as CFO and Treasurer, was paid $125,000 in cash for 2011 and 2012, and $25,000 i stock.

The directors all recieve $0 cash salaray, and $20,000 retainer all in stock.

Those are ridiculously low salaries for C-level positions, especially for Jerry Trepple, who is working only for the equity upside. Find another CFO who takes $125,000 cash salary - you can't. Chris Dick makes $175,000 in cash but that is paltry compared to other COOs. The directors take no salary, only equity upside.

It's a clear and very strong show of support from managment, no matter how you slice it.

It's all in the 10K, page 59-62. Why is this even a discussion?
