Even if there is a need to add shares to the AS, the present share holders will vote for the raise just as was done when the AS went from 100M to 250M...

It won't be by company fiat as is the case in 99% of the pinks...

I was hoping down the line. This seems to be an immediate thing. If he wants to really bring in big guns, then I would see him wanting this stock on a different exchange which would require a reverse split. I have never seen one of those go well. He is being aggressive which is a good sign though. I only brought up the point to gauge if it would be looked at as negative by potential investors. That was my point. Happy St. Patty's day
