It would be nice if there were stats available, it seems every company I am aware of had clock stops for questions in their review process... then there is GENT (which I am long) which probably has a record for most clock stops :-).
My point was that not having the raw data likely accounts for some of the questions to the sponsor (and the subsequent clock stops) where the regulators may be able to do their own analysis and conclude one way or the other without the added back-and-forth time. Maybe this is a small minority of the need for back and forth though?
I agree on this is information that should be more transparent. Its odd that companies do not need to disclose delays in their review but are quick to PR fast track, priority review, etc.
