IIRC the CEO owns shares directly, and then owns a company (control) that owns shares. THis 7,829,471 is listed as direct ownership on that link, it may not include indirect ownership?
Shows 1,500 shares at $6.25/ea bought may 16th, 2012, then 150,000 bought at $2.25 later in the year.
This says 7,829,471 may be the total of his shares, so now under 50% I guess.
