Here's exactly what he said: "The compapny is still operating and is in discussions to

expect an announcement with more details soon."

So there you go. I am very pleased he responded and that it is not the company itself that is diluting. The balance sheet will be cleaned up and the company will move forward with its acquisition "of significant size" that will "create value.
