jbmorley2007....I agree with your post, one thing your forgot...Nursing homes, clinics, outpatient facilities. Here is something to ponder...Medisafe 1 is the patent holder. Safecode is going to manufacturer, distribute and market it. Who gets FDA approval? Do they need FDA approval?
USA has the best medical system. Get FDA approval land your product in every hospital worldwide. Sure they may get a few without. But there patent is only valid in USA. Nothing to stop somebody else from duplicating in another country or signing a contract and never paying royalties. Really who wants to fight in court.
