Well as a common share holder of QASP and NHSH, Its more than questions. That was the biggest debt the NHSH shell held. Now that debt just tranfered to SNTL. I mean once the merger is complete.
Mike K absorbed that debt from MarkO and now off the hook of any converted NHSH shares.
Mike K brings that debt once held over the head of NHSH into the lap of SNTL common share holders.
That debt held in NHSH could never have been converted so as to dump for a repayment. Now that debt has found a home here.
Now wonder Joe is so happy. All he has to do now, is clean NHSH up and make attractive for a potential R/M.
Oh yeah and that little debt M/S, or 'loan' M/S holds due to QASP. Get over that hump and we all are winners! Joe is happy today all are talking, but he will not god away quiet.
