1 thru 4 are great and on target. my wife and i lost are jobs do to downsizing in 1992. we decided we would go on our own and do it. we haven't had anyone pull our strings since then.
we live good and we have unlimited entertainment when we choose it.
most in the 95% work two, three jobs to make ends meet.
some have said work for WMT and it will help fill your dream.
i guess earn a buck and save $0.25 for a private enterprise ownership one day.
like said most are given [inherited] in the upper 5%. children sell mom and dad holding or sell the buildings kind of carelessly. then don't do as well as mom and dad did saving for the future.
