You conservatives that find fault with everything in this country and offer no solutions beyond dissolving the government involvement are extremely tiresome. Your proof that the schools are failing amounts to nothing more than you love of life in Singapore. If only we could be more like Singapore.
The fact that more of our population goes on to college seems to be your excuse for the great failures of fifth grade students to match Singapore test grades. Apparently what you want is less pupils in secondary and advanced education.
I suppose that is your plan for manufacturing. Dumber people making less money to compete with Chinese labor markets. We could get rid of the minimum wage too. I bet that would make you even more happy.
Your failure to understand what gets taught in Japanese after school schools just demonstrates your failure to understand the 'problem' you create.
