I no longer have L2 for penny stocks, nor have i been watching the price movement close enough to know what is currently happening.
BUT if i had to guess OTOW isnt paying promoters so that they can buy shares back at an inflated price.
Dumping doesnt mean we'll see retail sells, it usually happens - or is more noticable during periods of increased buying volume.
Increased buying pressure that is followed by no price movement or declining price movement is indicative of an increase in supply (shares), i.e. O/S increase.
Like i said, i no longer care to watch this closely enough to say that this is what is happening now, but it occured regularly in the not too distant past with almost every PR and paid promotion followed by an O/S increase -aka dumping.
