I see nothing wrong with BTHR putting their offer in for the KFC restaurants. Do you know the figures in regards to how much the KFC seller was asking and how much BTHR offered? Let's find out the real story here.
Either way, simply looking at the chart, what news was hot when the stock started running? According to what I find, it is because of the Mango franchises... The KFC may have been something in the background, but the real catalyst here is the Mango news. Also, since BTHR is approved for financing (since they have to be in order to put in their offer for KFC to begin with), don't you think they will use that financing to search for another business venture to expand their holdings?
This stock is not done, it's just a question of when the next news PR is released.
