I think this is only your opinion. Were they approved for the financing to submit the offer in the first place? If so, they still have the financing at their fingertips to find a better investment. This company is trying to make investments in the restaurant industry. You are saying they are a bad company because they withdrew their offer.
If a stock trader pulls his buy order because the stock is too expensive, does it make him a bad trader, or a SMART trade by finding a better investment???
