Personally, I don't think it's all that sophisticated of a Pump and Dump. I think it's a pretty ordinary one. I had a pretty good feeling about this company back in late 2011 after doing just a few hours of due diligence and nothing that has happened since then has given me any indication that I was too far off.
As for calling it a "Pump and Dump", to each his own. I just don't think it's a company that has much of a chance at all to succeed. As far as I'm concerned, it's a stereotypical penny stock company, far too undercapitalized and without much of a story to tell. This one has tried to capitalize on their "endorsers" and some outlandish claims about "science" and "technology" that's going to change the world (like Facebook!) but the more time that passes, the more obvious it gets that it's just another marketer of supplements.
