It is in the Dec 2011, Jan 2012 SEC 8-Ks and 10-Qs. I do not recall the exact details, But I think he did a R/M and bought a huge bunch of convertible shares, that gave him 99% of the company for cash and the R/M. Then they swapped more convertibles (IIRC?) for the new drug rights, and a hoard of cash. They made several deals, and then they converted half the convertibles and did R/S at the same time. Before the R/S the thin float traded as high as $22/share in early 2012. The CEO bought retail shares at $2.25/share (IIRC) last year that set the bottom! Then they made some more deals. I think the CEO owns 50% or more the entire OS! And the OS is just 20 million shares. The old companies from the RM, share holders had less than 500,000 shares after the R/M, so the current float is either supper tiny, or the overseas people are slowly selling some now, the people we got the new drug rights from, but I doubt they have over 7 million shares. That is the best I can do from memory, on short notice.
The current CEO has a past, ex CEO of KERX!!!!
They are close to a Nasdaq uplisting!!!!!
