CC said he would add three board members. It appears that Number 4 was added after he found out his video was being used by CYBK without permission or credit.

This is the PR the day before Swordfish was made aware of the CYBK pirated video..

The Company will be adding its 3 new Board members and 2 key officers, a COO and CTO by March 8th.

After Swordfish found out about Cyber Thingy (with in the week) Swordfish CEO James Joseph Monaghan was named to the BoD of CYBK...

Jim had/has Chris over a barrel for copyright infringement and he knows it BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN SUED FOR THE SAME THING!

Add to that the fact James has 2 more cases against him pending to the tune of over $1,000,000.00 (1 for default on debt 1 from 3 private investors) and even I don't believe Chris is that stupid to pick him for the BoD.

Chris Clarke, CYBK and Swordfish are on the same team, Period! The DD on here in regards to Swordfish was flawed and completely bogus. Credibilities on that DD were completely crushed with Swordfish management added to CYBK BOD, period!

All one has to do is look at Chris Clarke's track record of being a CEO of a public company...

The third quarter financials should be filed by Friday December 7, 2012 followed up with an Attorney Letter to restore the Company to Current information prior to the end of the month.

The Company will issue further news as events unfold over the coming weeks regarding restructuring of the Company's debt.

Also after the shareholders paid for his 7 WEEK vacation/business trip he had this to say...

The Company is currently looking to add a "Director of Global Business Development" to their team and is in discussions with an applicant that lives in Costa Rica. Mr. Clarke states, "We are looking to open the Costa Rica office by the middle of July and this applicant with his 30 years of experience in the Renewable/Green Energy industry seems to be a great fit to run our Costa Rica office." The Company plans on filling the position by the end of the month and will release more information at that time.
