I'm wondering if you're still thinking about NFI. I think NFI will pay $20 in dividends in the next 26 months. They are the most solid MREIT out there. With 3qtrs of dividends in the bank.

True.....OEX weekly looks more and more like it's about to explode up too. Internals are repairing slowly but still lagging. I've got a top target of 42.33 on the Q's possible, we'll see what happens if/when we get there.
