#130818 RE: Evil Rabbit #130815

It appears they haven't yet finished their due diligence with regards to the processing/metallurgy report so its very difficult for someone to say they are no longer interested?

Until their DD is complete the chance of the SOE doing anything is remote. They no longer have an exclusive and they know Scott isn't going to wait forever and if they want to be sure no one beats them to the opportunity they will have to make a decision in the shorter run.

Time will tell.

Sadly, but you are incorrect.

1. .007 has happened before and it will happen again. Already, the PPS is about 87% down from its high, and as Scott's failures continue to mount as they have over the last 5 years, the corresponding effect on the PPS will continue its trend downward.

2. You have no proof of this, nor does Scott.

3. You don't know if the deposit is easy to mine. Do you have proof of this? I fear not. It is interesting that you try and comment "on almost every other deposit" as if you have intimate knowledge on the worldwide market/mines.s
4. Scott has been trying to land a JV deal for 5 years. Nothing is going to change the fact that he has failed several times at doing so, and he will fail in the future. History has a way of repeating itself. IMO
5. Who are these other suitors? How many are there? How long has Scott been talking to them? Do they even have deep enough pockets that will make a difference to SRSR. Unfortunately because of Scott's lack of transparency, we don't know. I doubt there are other suitors. Until Scott names them or provides some credible information, it is smart to assume there are not other suitors. As for the Chinese, they signed the original exclusivity agreement over 225 days ago. They neither seem pressured or worried about other suitors as they still have not signed on.
6. Scott has failed on many fronts:

a. Announced intentions to provide Audited Financials 5 years ago and failed to do so.

b. Announced intentions to uplist 5 years ago and failed to do so.

c. Failed on several attempts to sign JVs.

d. Failed at securing a lasting financing agreement.

7. Claims to the contrary regarding the above are 100% false and fraudulent!

SRSR is a strong sell IMO!
