Well I do not think they will do a RS now. RS are not done like before in the pinkies. And besides, they have not maxed their AS. Yes we do not know how many shares are given for the merger. We have no details. But watch L2, who is buying up the shares. Every sell there is a buy too. Bottom line, we have interest here and vol. But there is a risk in any penny stock...so we will see where this goes. IMO
