Wonder if the old management has to sell their shares before the merger is completed? Some who are leaving the company ....I mean. Well well, it is dilution though. Hope they stop soon. We will see. Maybe they have a major good news to push this back. LOL
No it does not look good. All this good news and this much selling, no way. Hopefully the selling is due to service rendered payment or company raising op funds. Neither is good but the only other option is worse for us.
