More lawsuites, the CEO has the time 1-5 years to chase these guys, as an investor you hope to make money and fast. The lawsuites are long and drawn out and suck the life out of the pps [as you may soon find out]. Wait till they state that they cant sign a contract until the lawsuites are cleared [which will be never].
Good luck but the 20% with the signing of seekers tech is just the start, wait till the debt wrappers or the free and heavily discounted shares show up.

Because it's a dirty deal. We have all been burned by dirty penny stock scams in the past. Or at least I have to assume that most of us have.

I simply want the cycle to end.

I do not ever want to make money because somebody else gets screwed. I'd rather die broke than live with that sort of Karma around me.
