Yeah, the first name drop is classic. After today's reception, Donny Rex may invalidate that share exchange agreement. From his perspective, why waste a decent shell with a story that is going to do nothing but go down.
If not, I look forward to the filing of the exchange agreement or fins which will show the ownership structure.
Also, today's pr should be followed with new officer and director appointments.
