I take 6 to 8 per day 2 at a time through out the day. Make sure to get him some aquaphor as well.

I did write a testimonial on GNC and amazon a while ago- on GNC I am the Bethesda MD psoriasis person. Also, my local GNC in Bethesda sold me the 300 ct bottle recently. They had a few 200 left and they didn't have the face cream, thankfully, because I probably would of been sucked in to buying it. The manager there told me that he sells about 5-7 per week. He said sales have been steady and that he hasn't noticed any uptick lately, just that he sells about 5-7 bottles per week. I live in such a dense area and I have been meaning to drop by some other stores to ask the same question, but I have yet to do so, but I really should, I am curious!
